Print your tickets at home or work with no queuing!

If you're buying CrossCountry, Grand Central or Virgin Trains Advance tickets one of the delivery options you can choose is a Print your own ticket. Select this option and you can print off your own tickets at work or home, saving you time and hassle. You will receive a separate e-mail with your ticket attached. You should print out your ticket and take it with you when you travel.

Now when you select a Print your own ticket you can choose an alternative form of ID instead of only the payment card used for purchase. You now have the option of choosing another credit or debit card, photo driving license, passport or National Railcard. So, whether you're booking for yourself or someone else you can select the most appropriate method of ID. One of the forms of ID must be brought along with your printed out Print your own ticket on your journey.
